• We do NOT upload your media to our servers. If you choose to use cloud backup features, data is transferred directly to your own cloud storage accounts (such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or pCloud)
• We do NOT track your photo library contents or metadata
• We do NOT collect personal information from your photos
• We do NOT share your data with third parties for advertising purposes

Website Analytics

• When you visit backigo.app, we use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and page usage.

Important: These analytics apply only to the marketing website. BackiGo does not collect your photo library, backup contents, or cloud storage credentials.

How Your Photos Are Handled

• Photos are read from your device's photo library only when you initiate a backup
• Photos are written directly to your connected USB drive, external storage, or personal cloud storage accounts
• No photos are stored on our servers. Cloud backups are stored only in your personal accounts
• All photo processing happens locally on your device

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

In-app purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

Cloud Storage Providers

If you use cloud backup features (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, pCloud), you will authenticate directly with these providers. BackiGo does not see or store your login credentials. Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Website Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic, improve content, and measure site performance. This is separate from the BackiGo app itself, which does not upload your photos, backups, or personal cloud data to our servers.

Data Security

• All data processing happens locally on your device

Your Rights

• You have complete control over your photo backups and can delete them from your storage device at any time
• You can uninstall the app at any time with no data concerns

Children's Privacy

BackiGo is safe for children to use. The app does not collect photo content, backup files, or personal cloud credentials. Our website may still use standard analytics cookies as described above when any visitor browses backigo.app.
