• We do NOT upload your media to our servers. If you choose to use cloud backup features, data is transferred directly to your own cloud storage accounts (such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox)
• We do NOT track your photo library contents or metadata
• We do NOT collect personal information from your photos
• We do NOT share your data with third parties for advertising purposes

Important: BackiGo does not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or device information. Your app usage remains completely private.

How Your Photos Are Handled

• Photos are read from your device's photo library only when you initiate a backup
• Photos are written directly to your connected USB drive, external storage, or personal cloud storage accounts
• No photos are stored on our servers. Cloud backups are stored only in your personal accounts
• All photo processing happens locally on your device

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

In-app purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

Cloud Storage Providers

If you use cloud backup features (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox), you will authenticate directly with these providers. BackiGo does not see or store your login credentials. Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Analytics

BackiGo does not collect analytics data, crash reports, or usage statistics. Your app usage remains completely private and is not tracked.
